Key duties and responsibilities to include: Providing administrative support to the sales department. Registering new and used vehicles. Ownership transfers. Stock control of vehicles. Sales Invoicing. Ordering of new vehicles. Producing sales prospecting lists. General administrative duties. Provide Cover on Reception when needed Various ad hoc duties. The successful candidate will ideally: Have relevant experience in the motor trade. Possess excellent IT and administration skills . Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work on their own initiative. Be analytical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. Work well as part of a team. Be flexible in their approach to work.
