We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator for our Client a fantastic and renowned car dealership based in Kilbarrack. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a growing and developing team where your skills and competencies will be challenged and rewarded.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts receivable and payable functions
- Cash flow planning
- Credit control
- Assisting with budget preparation.
- Ensure financial aspects of all jobs are completed promptly in accordance with all sales and purchase quotations. Monthly review of operational jobs & results
- Support CFO in preparation for and participation of annual financial audit.
- Online banking transactions – including balance and payment reports
- Bank reconciliations.
- Cover Payroll when required
- VAT & P30 submissions
- CSO Reports

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years working experience within industry
- Experience of working in a retail environment
- Good communications skills
