Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Claims Quantity Surveyor for one of the biggest contractors in Ireland working on exciting large scale projects in Dublin.

Our client is a highly respected and innovative civil engineering contractor with a rich history of delivering major infrastructure projects. With a commitment to excellence and a forward-thinking approach, they have established themselves as leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse and assess contract documentation to identify potential claims.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather information related to claims and disputes.
- Prepare and submit claims to clients or relevant parties in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to support claims and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expertise in dispute resolution and negotiate settlements when required.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations related to claims and disputes.

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on claims within civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in relevant software tools.
