Job summary Title: Project Quantity Surveyor Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 Location: Dublin Key skills required for this role Quantity Surveyor, Construction, Data Centre Important Quantity Surveyor, Construction, Data Centre Job description Job Title Quantity Surveyor Location Dublin, Ireland Salary €70 000 - EUR 80 000 per annum + pension, life assurance, Healthcare & Car allowance Work Opportunity Permanent Introduction Our client, a leading name in the construction industry, is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team in Dublin. You'll work on exciting projects in the mission-critical sector, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your growth is a top priority. What will I be doing? In this role, you'll support the commercial team across a variety of project stages. You'll be: Managing day-to-day commercial and contract activities on live projects Handling contract administration, including change management and maintaining registers Assisting with budget management, cost plans, and feasibility studies Supporting subcontract procurement, including negotiations and scope clarity Reviewing and validating subcontractor payments and final accounts Preparing accurate monthly Cost Value Reports Submitting monthly valuations with clear supporting documentation to maximise cash flow Drafting and submitting Final Accounts, including handling claims Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the design team Making sure all commercial procedures are followed What do I need to succeed? A background in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics (degree or relevant experience) Familiarity with contracts like NEC, RIAI, or FIDIC is a bonus An eye for detail, you're great at spotting gaps and identifying opportunities Solid understanding of construction methods and processes Commercially aware with strong numerical and reporting skills Confident communicator with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities What's my next step?
