We are a well established Montessori School in Dublin 6, Ireland We cater for children from 2 years six months to five years offering a happy and nurturing environment with a highly qualified and exceptional team of Early Years Educators. "When I play I learn" We are now looking to expand our team and looking to fill the following vacancy: Afterschool Childcare Practitioner (3pm to 6pm, 5 days per week) The Role: Helping to create fun, creative, and educational activities that meet the needs of the children. Ensuring that all safety and safeguarding guidelines are followed. Building positive relationships with parents, school staff, and local communities. Addressing any concerns from parents or staff in a caring and timely manner. Overall responsibility from 3-6pm Afterschool Hours Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience/qualification isn't essential though it is desirable Excellent communication skills A genuine passion for working with children and commitment to providing a nurturing environment. Fluent English speaker. Strong communication skills and a friendly. A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure. A good understanding of safeguarding practices and child welfare.
