Junior Health & Safety Advisor (Construction) An established Main Building Contractor is seeking a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join their expanding team. This is a permanent role based across projects offering excellent training, support, and long-term career development within a reputable construction company. Responsibilities: Assist the Senior H&S Manager in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Conduct site inductions and ensure statutory H&S training is up to date. Identify, manage, and mitigate site-specific risks. Maintain H&S records, RAMs, and safety plans. Carry out inspections, audits, and support incident investigations. Lead toolbox talks and weekly site/contractor safety meetings. Work closely with site management to foster a strong safety culture. Requirements: Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline. 1 year experience in a construction-based H&S role (placement or post-graduate). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Full clean driving licence required.
