Reports to: Group Compliance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance Administrator to join our team in Dublin. This is a broad and vital role supporting the Group Compliance Manager, combining elements of HR administration, Health & Safety coordination, and ISO standards compliance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is looking to contribute across several key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

While a detailed breakdown of duties in HR and Health & Safety will be provided in the coming weeks, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

ISO Administration

- Maintain and update ISO documentation and compliance records.
- Support the preparation and coordination of annual ISO audits.
- Assist with implementing any changes or improvements to ISO processes and procedures.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards.

General Compliance Support

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Group Compliance Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with internal reporting requirements.
- Coordinate and manage compliance-related documentation across departments.

HR & Health & Safety

- Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and onboarding processes.
- Support ongoing H&S initiatives and help ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and safety records.

Requirements

- Proven administrative experience in a compliance, HR, H&S, or ISO-related role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with compliance or HR systems is a plus.
