- Job Title & Grade – Personal Assistant (PA) to Director of Finance, Grade V

- Tenure - Permanent Full Time

- Hours of Work – The hours allocated to this post are 35 hours per week. The allocation of these hours will be at the discretion of the Department Head and in accordance with the needs of the service.

- Department – Finance

- Location of Post - Peamount Healthcare, Newcastle, Co. Dublin

- Working Model - Fully Onsite

- Remuneration - Remuneration is in accordance with the salary scale approved by the Department of Health: Grade V (Clerical). Current salary scale with effect from 1st August 2025: €51,718 (point 1) to €61,866 (point 7 including LSIs)

- Annual Leave - As per Health Service Executive (HSE)

- Closing Date – 21st November 2025 @ 12pm

- Proposed Interview Date - Week Commencing 24th November 2025, please note candidates may be called forward for interview at short notice due to the urgent requirement to fill the post.

- Take Up Appointment - As soon as possible - Successful applicant must be available to take up the role within a reasonable timeframe
