Job Description and Benefits

The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational implementation, execution, and delivery of complex Survey, Design and Build projects with Entegro. This role involves managing multiple workstreams, simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Contracts Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Branch operational owner of the Project contracts/projects from program delivery, client mobilization, process & controls implementation, support, administration and account management perspective

Lead the implementation of the necessary support team, controls, processes, full project program and overall resourcing level requirements to any new workstreams within the branch prior to mobilisation.

Put the necessary controls in place and manage the Day to Day cohesion required within the Branch, working cross-functionally between the different operational disciplines e.g. Design, Contracts/Operations Disciplines, HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), & Commercials to ensure projects are scoped correctly, planned, executed, and delivering all stages of the project lifecycle through a PMI/Prince 2 methodology in a transparent, efficient, and effective manner.

Lead the delivery manager and their teams through your exceptional client and internal stakeholder management.

Continuously review processes and lead the implementation of improvements if opportunities for improvement are identified.

Analyze key project delivery metrics and identify and work with operational disciplines to remove any internal or client risks arising from this review.

Align the project teams to ensure the programme is correctly aligned to meet the programme delivery

Collaborate daily with project delivery manager to ensure the strategic programme is delivered by the operations team

Manage the Budget, working with the Commercial team on the processes and controls that are needed to be in place to ensure all revenue and costs are captured and all client accounts performance can be measured against company and budget expectations.

Lead Change Initiatives by overseeing the execution of change management activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organisational goals.

The ability to influence others, both within and outside the organisation, to enable collaboration across the team.

Skills required

Performed at senior level in Previous Contract Lead Role.

Previous experience of leading large scale programs from operations.

Previous experience of leading cohesion of Teams across multiple Projects & Clients

Experienced in leading large-scale fibre to the home telecom builds

Experienced in Resource planning with proven ability to manage budgets, work to deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Previous experience of managing a team of people and driving output and standards.

Client focused with a proactive and driven approach.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to understand a broad range of business and technical challenges

First rate stakeholder and influencing skills.

Excellent written communication skills

Good understanding of IT systems capabilities and utilization of outputs

Proficient in Microsoft software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)

Proficient in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) & Field Reporting Systems
