One of the fastest-growing SaaS companies is hiring enthusiastic, German-speaking talent to join their Business Development team in the heart of Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in sales who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, gain valuable skills, and build a long-term career in software sales.
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your work will play a key role in the company’s growth and success.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with Account Executives to plan and carry out outreach strategies
- Identify high-potential companies that would benefit from our solution
- Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media
- Test and improve messaging across different industries and buyer types
- Help create new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in German and English
- At least 12 months of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (inbound or outbound)
- Motivated by goals and excited about exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
What's on offer
- First-year earnings of €67,000 OTE (with a base salary of €43,500)
- Full-time, permanent contract
