One of the fastest-growing SaaS companies is hiring enthusiastic, German-speaking talent to join their Business Development team in the heart of Dublin.This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in sales who wants to work in a fast-paced environment, gain valuable skills, and build a long-term career in software sales.As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your work will play a key role in the company’s growth and success.What you’ll doWork closely with Account Executives to plan and carry out outreach strategiesIdentify high-potential companies that would benefit from our solutionReach out to prospects through email, phone, and social mediaTest and improve messaging across different industries and buyer typesHelp create new opportunities and build a strong sales pipelineWhat we’re looking forFluency in German and EnglishAt least 12 months of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (inbound or outbound)Motivated by goals and excited about exceeding targetsStrong communication skills and a proactive attitudeWhat's on offerFirst-year earnings of €67, OTE (with a base salary of €43,)Full-time, permanent contractHybrid work setup (2 days working from home each week)Private healthcare and pension schemeClear opportunities for career growth within a fast-scaling companyEmployee equity schemeIf you're ready to take the next step in your sales career and want to be part of a company that values your growth and energy, we’d love to hear from you.----------#LI-ML2
