Electrical Foreman We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Foreman to take charge of day-to-day site operations and ensure safe, high-quality project delivery. This is a key role with the opportunity to lead major healthcare and industrial projects in Limerick. Responsibilities Lead and manage the direct labour workforce on site. Oversee health & safety in line with regulations and company standards. Supervise electrical installations to drawings, specs and codes. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure progress and quality. Track daily productivity, schedule progress and report to the PM. Manage labour, materials and site deliveries. Drive quality through snagging, issue resolution and close out. Liaise with clients and oversee testing, verification and certification. Requirements Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification). 5+ years experience as a Foreman on healthcare/industrial projects. Proven leadership of direct labour teams and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of electrical installations, drawings and specs. Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling and clean driving licence. Detail-focused with a strong safety and quality mindset.
