This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to take the lead in delivering exceptional dining experiences while managing a talented and dedicated team. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, a passion for food and beverage, and the ability to inspire and motivate their team. The Duties: Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee staff scheduling, performance management, and training. Monitor and maintain quality control of food, beverages, and service standards. Implement and manage cost control measures, including budgets, inventory, and waste reduction. Handle customer feedback and ensure any issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team to enhance menu offerings and promotions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. The Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or hotel. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence. Knowledge of financial management, cost control, and stock management. Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
