Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    To achieve business objectives, you will work closely with our restaurant manager, team leaders, and staff.

  • Duties:

    You will oversee and support the overall guest experience, maintaining high standards in all areas of the business. This includes managing stock and cash control, including till reconciliation.

  • Deputy Role:

    In the absence of the restaurant manager, you will deputise, ensuring continuity of service.

  • Leadership:

    You will lead by example, promoting a safety culture and adhering to HACCP guidelines.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills:

    Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Location:

    You must reside in Ireland and have a right to work.

  • Experience:

    Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
