Responsibilities and Duties Encompass:

  • Coordinating daily restaurant operations.
  • Overseeing day-to-day financial aspects of the restaurant.
  • Ensuring the surpassing of customer expectations.
  • Managing stock levels effectively.
  • Coordinating employee schedules.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitoring adherence to HACCP and cleaning standards.
  • Supervising and nurturing team members.
  • Actively promoting the restaurant brand.
  • Maintaining regular liaisons with the operations team.
  • Coordinating closely with our reservations department.
  • Facilitating seamless reservations/events for our key clients.

  • Regular communication with the General Manager to ensure seamless shift operations.

Experience & Skills Required:
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience at the supervisor level.
  • a minimum of 2 years in hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the food service industry.
  • Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems and software.
