Are you an experienced FNOL Claims Handler looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading insurance services provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their claims team in South Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily claims post, notifications, processing, and phone enquiries.

- Ensure compliance with claims authority levels, binders, and reporting requirements.

- Log all notifications, reserve amendments, and payments in line with month-end deadlines.

- Assist in preparing monthly insurer reports and maintaining accurate payment records.

- Liaise with customers, brokers, and third parties to deliver excellent service.

- Appoint and coordinate approved repairers, loss adjusters, engineers, and other experts.

- Settle claims promptly and efficiently, with or without legal input.

- Support insurer audits and attend settlement negotiations as required.

- Contribute to internal reporting processes and support management when needed.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum of 2 years' FNOL claims handling experience.

- APA qualified (or grandfathered) - CIP qualification in progress is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, insurance regulations, and motor legislation.

- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and work independently.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
