Job Title: Regional Contracts Manager Location: Dublin (with responsibility for projects across the region of Leinster) Package:€100,000+ (incl. company vehicle) Company: Leading Irish Construction & Refurbishment Contractor Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role An established and reputable construction company with a strong portfolio across residential, refurbishment, and multi-unit developments is seeking an experienced Regional Contracts Manager to oversee all project delivery within the Dublin and Leinster region. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management, coordination, and delivery of multiple live projects, including housing, apartment, and refurbishment schemes, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. Reporting directly to senior management, the Regional Contracts Manager will provide leadership to site teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure company standards of quality, safety, and performance are consistently achieved across all sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple project teams across the region, ensuring successful delivery of housing, apartment, and refurbishment projects Oversee all contractual, commercial, and operational aspects of projects from pre-construction through to handover. Ensure all works are completed to programme, budget, and the highest safety and quality standards. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Provide strategic input on resource allocation, procurement, and project planning. Monitor project progress, risk, and financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Support and mentor site managers, project managers, and engineers to promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, sustainability, and safety performance. Requirements Degree-qualified in Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10+ years experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record in project or contracts management roles. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects particularly refurbishment, residential housing, and apartment developments. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project financials. Sound understanding of construction health & safety legislation and quality control procedures. Ability to manage and motivate diverse project teams across multiple sites. Full, clean drivers licence and flexibility to travel within the region as required.
