HRIS Specialist

The Role:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system, Access People XD (formerly CoreHR), ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
- Conduct regular audits to uphold data security and accuracy.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, payroll, and gender pay gap.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, including GDPR.
- Support payroll processing and collaborate on HR projects, including process improvement and system upgrades.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Access People XD (formerly CoreHR) is required, with at least three years of HRIS experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Experience in gender pay gap analysis and reporting.
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to present complex data in a meaningful way.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
