The Wright group are growing their Marqette team. We are looking for a Head Chef in Dublin Airport Terminal 1, you'd be working alongside an amazing Executive Head Chef with food, customer service and his team at the heart of what he does. The kitchen of a bustling venue that caters to a diverse, fast-moving crowd from business travelers to holidaymakers. You will be reporting to the Executive Head Chef, your responsibilities would likely include: Key Responsibilities Overseeing daily kitchen operationsto ensure smooth service across all shifts Menu planning and execution, tailored to both international tastes and local preferences Team leadership, including training, scheduling, and motivating kitchen staff Maintaining food safety standardsand compliance with HACCP regulations Managing inventory and supplier relationshipsto ensure quality and cost control Collaborating with front-of-house and airport operationsto meet service expectations High volume and fast turnover airport venues often serve hundreds or thousands daily Time-sensitive service travelers are on tight schedules, so speed and consistency are key Security and logistics working airside means navigating strict protocols and deliveries Benefits package: Competitive salary Meals on Duty Provision of internal and external training and development Discount in sister properties Employee Recognition Awards Discounted airport shopping As we are based in Dublin Airport, we work based on shift work.
