Responsibilities

Your Role:
Initiate projects by defining scope, tasks, and timelines; identify and manage stakeholders, primarily Project Sponsor(s) and Senior Management.
Execute projects independently, demonstrating sound judgment and proactively managing risks and issues.
Lead assigned projects, managing expectations and communicating delays to the Manager and/or Project Manager.
Own end-to-end execution of small to medium-sized projects by ensuring project plans are developed and implemented, including:
Defining the business plan, clarifying project scope, gathering information from stakeholders, and obtaining sign-off.
Identifying and documenting detailed requirements for initiatives.
Tailoring communication plans for each stakeholder group.
Ensuring project schedules are completed and maintained.
Identifying, tracking, and escalating risks and issues.
Conducting feasibility studies or cost-benefit analyses as needed.
Conducting post-project reviews and documenting lessons learned.
Working closely with stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and tasks.
Tracking project progress against milestones.
Managing change orders according to the process.
Coaching and mentoring Project Coordinators.
Following standard PGT PMO procedures and tools for project management.
Collaborating with resources across locations and time zones to improve procedures and implement new tools.
Qualifications
About You:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
5+ years in project management roles, preferably in finance or with increasing responsibility at Citco.
Self-starter demonstrating initiative and ownership.
Proven time management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Assets/Nice to haves:
PMP or CAPM certification.
Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Experience with Project Server, SharePoint, Qlik, Jira, and Confluence.
Understanding of ERP, BPM, CRM, and BI tools.
Lean Six Sigma, BPM, BA, or similar certifications.
