Location: North County Dublin

Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE €70,000 – €100,000+)

About the Role

We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing team in the Irish energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to play a key role in expanding market presence and building long-term client relationships within a dynamic and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored energy and sustainability solutions.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in high-value or consultative solution selling.
- Experience or understanding of the Irish energy market is desirable, but not essential—full training provided.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
