De functie

Als ICT Workplace & Application Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de ICT-infrastructuur. In samenwerking met de Manager ICT speel je een cruciale rol in het werkplekbeheer, applicatiebeheer, budgetbewaking en de samenwerking met ICT Operations & Portfolio Coördinator. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkomgeving optimaal functioneert en ondersteunt gebruikers bij hun ICT-gerelateerde behoeften.

Je rapporteert direct aan de Manager ICT.

Wat ga je doen?

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het beheren van lokale applicaties en faciliteer je applicatieprocessen in overleg met de business. Samen met de ICT Operations & Portfolio Coördinator ben je het aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers, stel je prioriteiten, registreer en handel je tickets af. Je installeert en onderhoudt hardware, software en randapparatuur volgens de bedrijfsstandaarden.

Je werkt samen met leveranciers en neemt deel aan projecten ter optimalisering van de ICT-infrastructuur. Met jouw analytisch vermogen en flexibele instelling draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte ICT-omgeving.

Als ICT Workplace & Application Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol bij veranderprocessen en werk je hierin samen met ICT Operations & Portfolio Coördinator en ICT manager. Jij vervult een centrale rol binnen de organisatie, waarbij je het overzicht behoudt en stuurt in alle dagelijkse processen binnen de business die een ICT-relatie hebben. Voor de GPS vestiging in Münster (Duitsland), ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en doe je het beheer van o.a. werkplek en infrastructuur.

Uitdagingen en kansen binnen deze rol:

- Het GPS ICT team naar een hoger niveau tillen, zodat het team zowel geografisch als functioneel optimaal samenwerken voor een betere efficiëntie.
- Doorvoeren van bedrijfsstandaarden op de processen en applicaties.

Denk hierbij aan taken als:

- Onderhouden van contacten met externe leveranciers en dienstverleners voor de benodigde ondersteuning.
- Eerstelijns ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen, wensen, klachten en opmerkingen.
- Registreren, bewaken en afhandelen van tickets in het Assist-ticketsysteem.
- Samenwerken met de ICT Operations & Portfolio Coördinator en je bent elkaars back-up wanneer nodig.
- Je analyseert de incidenten en wijzigingen om problemen te voorkomen en je maakt verbetervoorstellen voor gesignaleerde knelpunten.
- Installeren en onderhouden van hardware, software en randapparatuur volgens Allegion standaarden.
- Faciliteren in budgetbewaking, inclusief inkoop en factuurregistratie.
- Beheren en registreren van hardware, software en toebehoren, evenals uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken voor voortkomen uit standaard changes.
- Optimaliseren van systeemprestaties door het patchen van werkplekken en vaste telefonie.
- Samenwerken met de ICT Operations & Portfolio Coördinator voor efficiënte projectuitvoering.
- Deelnemen aan diverse (internationaal gestuurde) projecten ter optimalisering van de ICT-infrastructuur.
- Beheren en registreren van hardware en toebehoren voor inventarisatie.
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de Manager ICT en samenwerken met beheerders van het ERP-systeem.
- Incidentele ondersteuning bieden aan GPS locaties bij specifieke ICT-vraagstukken.

- Afgeronde MBO 4-opleiding in een ICT-gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring.
- Aanvullende cursussen en certificeringen op het gebied van ICT zijn een pré.
- In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
- Kennis en ervaring in het uitvoeren van ICT-projecten en veranderprocessen.
- Uitgebreide kennis van hardware, software en randapparatuur om efficiënte ondersteuning te bieden aan eindgebruikers, inclusief systemen gebruikt bij Allegion zoals Assist, AS400 en Microsoft D365.
- Gedegen kennis van netwerken en netwerkcomponenten om een stabiele ICT-infrastructuur te waarborgen.
- Inzicht in beveiligingsrisico's met betrekking tot hardware, software en netwerkcomponenten.

- Bereid om eens per maand vanuit Münster te werken.
