Overview Temporary post of Deputy Accounts Payable Manager within UCD Bursars Office. UCD's Payments Unit, a unit of the University’s Finance Office, processes over €300m of payments per annum to more than 9,000 accounts. The Unit also processes all university staff expenses.
Salary 95 Administrative Officer IA2010: €71,317 - €83,337 per annum. Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
Responsibilities and expectations Lead and support the Payments Unit as Deputy Accounts Payable Manager, ensuring accurate and timely payments in line with university policies.
Collaborate with finance teams and external suppliers; oversee processing of staff expenses.
Contribute to process improvements and forward-thinking approaches within the unit.
Qualifications and attributes Experienced payments professional with ambition to contribute and progress within UCD Finance.
