Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage incoming customer delivery requirements. Efficiently schedule and allocate routes and deliveries to drivers. Proactively adjust schedules and loads in response to customer demands and operational needs. Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout each shift. Liaise with customers to provide updates and ensure a high standard of service delivery. Accurately update delivery status information and maintain records. Carry out general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks. Occasional travel to other company locations may be required. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a Transport Planner within a recognized transport or logistics provider, demonstrating success in resolving logistical challenges to meet customer expectations (preferred but not essential). Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Proven ability to make prompt and informed decisions. Able to work independently using own initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
