About the Role The Deal Execution team provides daily support to the Wholesale Banking platform for all lending-related activities. Servicing the loan book while ensuring accurate risk and regulatory reporting is key to the team's mission. The Dublin team manages a broad portfolio of bilateral and syndicated deals originating from various countries across Europe. Key Responsibilities Review syndicated and bilateral multi-product loan agreements and related documentation from an operational/technical perspective Set up deals in LoanIQ based on facility documentation. Proactively manage day-to-day workflows (drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, fees, etc.) in collaboration with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and Global Operations Hubs. Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal governance standards to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs on time. Identify capacity issues and follow all procedures to minimise operational risk, promptly escalating any concerns. Handle internal and external reporting requirements. Continuously assess operational processes, identifying and implementing improvements and innovations. Participate in project-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to key milestones. Requirements Experience with syndicated and bilateral loan operations, ideally within a Wholesale Banking or similar environment. Working knowledge of LoanIQ is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within control frameworks. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
