Senior Process Engineer

Overview We are expanding our Process capability in Cork and are looking for Senior Process Engineers to join our team (we already have over 100+ process professionals on the team). You'll get the opporutnity to become involved in some of the most interesting and largest Pharma/Bio projects in the world. In addition to managing large-scale one-off projects, at PM Group we also provide a Managed Service for capital projects to a growing number of clients. We are also looking for Process Engineers to join our site-based Managed Service teams across Ireland providing a cost efficient and effective framework for project delivery to our clients. We take projects ranging in capital value from €100k to €15M from concept through all stages of the project life-cycle to handover. We safely deliver diverse portfolios of projects including buildings, cleanrooms, utilities, process installations, regulatory upgrades and equipment replacements. These roles offers a flexible working arrangement incorporating a mix of site and home working Responsibilities Below is indicative of the type of activities you will be involved if successful for this role Design of process and utilities - preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Design Philosophies and calculations. Coordination of design with other design disciplines Experience in API Design / Operation an advantage Process Safety or Process Simulation areas are available to specialise in. Awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management Interfacing with client design team/end users Delivery of agreed design scope within budget hours and schedule Qualifications Good knowledge of relevant design codes. Self-motivated and self-driven Full Driving Licence A degree qualification in Process/Chemical engineering and will have substantial experience in the pharma / biopharmaceutical sector.
