Role Process Engineer
Location: Cork or Drogheda
Responsibilities The primary responsibilities are to provide hands-on process & quality support for production.
To assist with all engineering activities relating to, new process implementation, onboarding Clients and the introduction of new products across all of IM’s divisions.
To perform quality related activities, including but not limited to, First Article Inspections, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements mainly ISO, support investigation and documentation of Customer complaints/CAPAs.
Work collaboratively with the IS&T department and Engineering on aligning the physical processes with IM’s Service Platforms (i.e. ERP, CRM, Customer Facing Portals).
Participate in the development, implementation & continuous improvement of processes.
Driving User Acceptance Testing & production rollout. Travel & off-site project work opportunities.
Valued skills and experience Desired Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
12months+ NPI & Manufacturing support experience
Comfortable on IT systems, ERP, CRM, QMS etc desirable
Working Knowledge of Nav Dynamics 2017 an advantage
Working Knowledge of ISO desirable
Problem Solver with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement mindset
