The main focus of this role is to provide best-in-class administrative support and insights to the Client Service Manager and New Business Manager to ensure excellence in Clients Retail Execution Programmes. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of We Care, We are Curious, We Achieve Together, both internally and externally with clients, while delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities.

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

1. Account performance management - supporting in controlling costs, margin, and budget delivery
2. General account administrative responsibilities
3. Coordinate activities to ensure the field teams have what they need to do their roles effectively
4. Process onboarding and offboarding of team members as required
5. Client relationship management
6. Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when necessary
7. Preparation and distribution of client reports as per agreed contract timelines
8. Analyzing reports to provide insights that help our sales teams and clients sell more products in the field/store
9. Assist the Client Service Manager with presentations summarizing our sales team's performance
10. Support the New Business Manager
