Account Manager 

We are delighted to be working with our client who work in the promotions and merchandising industry and are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, based on site in their Cork office.

For You:

Working hours: Monday-Friday
Salary: €30K base + Uncapped Commission €42k OTE year 1
On-site parking 

Responsibilities:


Provide support to new and existing customers.
Communicate with customers and suppliers through email or phone.
Provide quotations for customers.
Provide customers with extensive, detailed product knowledge.
Ensure all customer files are accurate and up to date.
Achieve weekly, monthly and annual KPI’s.

Requirements:


Experience working in Sales/Customer Support.
Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to work alone as well as on a team.
Ability to be flexible when required.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
