We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects in a dynamic and transforming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG, and be comfortable working with teams accustomed to structured, protocol-driven processes — while guiding them through change.

Role Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering cost-effective, win-win solutions on time and in full. This is achieved by leading focused project teams that work collaboratively and speak with one voice. The role contributes directly to long-term sustainability and stakeholder satisfaction, including customers, suppliers, sponsors, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage projects with low to medium complexity, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.

- Take ownership of project scope, cost, time, and quality.

- Apply structured project management methodologies aligned with industry and company best practices.

- Build and lead project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and foster a positive team dynamic.

- Communicate proactively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay current with project management standards and practices.

- Ensure all tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively.

- Identify and propose improvements, and solve problems within the project scope.

- Make quality decisions and escalate complex issues when necessary.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal policies and procedures.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

- Degree in Science or Engineering, or related field, or equivalent job experience

- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally in Pharma or FMCG environments.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects in regulated, protocol-driven settings.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to manage change and guide teams through transformation.

- Strategic mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

-Skilled in prioritization, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

- Fluency in English is highly desirable
