With a dynamic mix of Head Office and Field Teams, this business thrives on bringing energy and structure to a fast-paced environment. They are now seeking a talented HR Manager to lead their people strategy and operations, ensuring excellence and compliance while championing employee engagement.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee the full HR function, combining hands-on operational delivery with strategic initiatives. You’ll manage all aspects of HR across multiple locations, ensuring legal compliance, alignment with internal policies and client expectations, and driving best practice. Key areas of focus include:

- HR Operations & Compliance:

- Advise stakeholders on all HR matters, ensuring policies are up to date with Irish and EU legislation.

- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, contracts, training documentation, and right-to-work checks.

- Manage performance processes, employee relations issues, and data protection requirements.

- Represent the company at external hearings where required and oversee ISO and client-specific HR audits.

- Lead ad hoc HR projects and report on key HR metrics monthly.

- Recruitment & Talent:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment function, managing budgets and job platforms, and driving innovative attraction strategies.

- Provide data-driven recruitment insights and ensure seamless system integration to support efficient hiring.

- Training & Development:

- Manage training compliance across legislative, company and ISO requirements.

- Oversee e-learning platforms and collaborate with managers to maintain relevant, consistent content.

- Sustainability & Strategic Projects:

- Lead the company’s sustainability group, contributing to key initiatives like Net Zero planning and accreditations.

- Liaise with external advisors, auditors and legal partners as needed.

You’ll also manage a small team, including Recruitment and Reception/HR functions, fostering a supportive and engaged workplace.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be a proactive, knowledgeable HR professional with a passion for both the operational and strategic sides of HR. You should bring:

- Solid experience in HR management, ideally within a multi-site or fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of Irish and EU employment law, employee relations, compliance and HR systems.
- A proven ability to lead recruitment, training, and HR operational processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence representing the organisation externally when needed.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine interest in driving engagement, innovation and sustainability within a vibrant company culture.
