Job Description Applications are invited for the above full-time permanent position The Organisation Stewarts Care is a Section 38 organisation providing comprehensive community-based services to people with intellectual disabilities and autism. We support people with a wide range of support needs across residential services, day services, supported independent living, and therapeutic supports. Purpose of the Post The Procurement Manager plays a vital role in supporting the operations of Stewarts Care. The postholder will lead the organisational effort to be tightly aligned and compliant with HSE procurement frameworks and policy. The position involves designing and managing procurement processes, management reporting, developing procurement strategies, change management, and stakeholder communication. The Person Qualifications: Professional procurement or finance qualification. Experience: Experience in a similar procurement role within a healthcare organization. Experience in using HSE software solutions such as IFMS Knowledge of and experience in using Government E-tenders. Previous experience of preparing procurement policy and procedures and running an effective procurement office. Strong understanding of financial standards and principles. Experience with SORP preferred. Skills: Proficient in E-tenders and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Ability to work across all departments to assist individuals and teams in creating and running procurement processes in line with policy in a cooperative and supportive manner. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong writing and project management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Other Requirements: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Salary and qualifications are in accordance with Department of Health consolidated pay scales.
