Overview Product Team Leader role at River Island in Newtownabbey. This is a 5 month FTC with a compensation of €30,537 FTE. You will lead, inspire, and empower the store team to deliver an inspirational customer journey and high-performing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing Deliver great product placement and ‘wow’ wearable outfits.
Consistently deliver strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront of every decision.
Duty manage in all areas of store operation including service, people, and operations.
Support the Commercial / Product Manager in empowering the team to deliver for the customer by prioritising customer experience.
Understand and use commercial tools to drive actions.
Drive store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer and RFID.
Support the management of store operations, including health & safety compliance.
Develop the store team to deliver a high performing, motivated and engaged environment where people feel valued.
Requirements / Qualifications Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role.
Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering an excellent customer journey and product experience.
