Your Role

Are you a motivated AML specialist in Transfer Agency looking to expand your career? We are looking for a Transfer Agency Operations AML Specialist like you to:

1. Carry out AML oversight related reviews of AML files for both investors and clients including monitoring and testing of service provided, KPI review, monthly service meetings, annual due diligence on site visit and take back testing.
2. Perform and report on AML controls of new and existing investors and clients, as well as any other ad-hoc reviews through both manual and electronic means.
3. Participate in our AML project group to implement new AML initiatives for our business area.
4. Provide updates regarding due diligence, KYC standards, internal policies and local regulations, while liaising closely with our Compliance Officer.
5. Support our wider team on interactions with fund MLROs, including quarterly reporting requirements and facilitation of annual on-site visits.
6. Review and identify changes in AML regulations, assessing potential impact on existing policies/procedures and implementing changes to ensure compliance.

You'll be employed by and work at Credit Suisse (UBS Fund Administration Services Ireland Ltd) in our Transfer Agency team in the course of Credit Suisse integration into UBS. Your Expertise

1. An Accounting, Business or Commerce degree/qualification.
2. Ideally a minimum of 5 years of transfer agency experience within a Fund Services company.
3. Strong understanding of relevant AML/CFT laws and guidelines.
4. Adaptable and organized with a positive can-do attitude.
5. An excellent understanding of the complete operational Transfer Agency function.
6. Ability to work as part of a small team as well as on your own initiative.
7. Excellent communication, numerical and analytical skills.
8. Excellent planning, prioritization, problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
