Speech and Language Therapist
We are currently seeking a Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist to join a well-established Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) based in Tullamore . This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team delivering family-centred services to children and young people (0–18 years) with complex needs arising from disability.
Key Responsibilities of the Speech and language Therapist:
Provide assessment and intervention for children with a range of developmental needs
Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child’s communication goals
Participate in team planning, service development, and interdisciplinary working
Maintain clinical records and contribute to service evaluation and audit
Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist:
CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
Experience working with children, ideally in a disability or paediatric setting
Excellent communication, organisational, and team-working skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, family-centred care
Desirable:
Experience working in a CDNT or similar multidisciplinary setting
Additional training in areas such as AAC, early intervention, or feeding and swallowing (not essential)
