Director of SAP Operations Rate: €900-950 per/day, depending on experience Location: Dublin, County Dublin Type: 12 Months Start: 05/01/2026 Hybrid We are seeking an established SAP Director or Transformation Leader with a deep understanding of SAP finance transformations to lead our Dublin-based client's team to oversee and deliver an end-to-end project. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction for SAP Finance Operations, with a focus on S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance and integrated business processes. Partner with CFOs, Finance Transformation leads and technology executives to deliver operational excellence and business value through SAP. Lead end-to-end SAP Finance operations, from governance and automation to process optimisation and performance management. Collaborate with peers to develop and share best practices for Finance transformation, cost management and compliance in SAP. Represent the organisation's SAP Finance capability in executive forums, advisory boards and strategic SAP finance events. Requirements: Proven background as Director of SAP Operations, Head of SAP Finance, Finance Transformation Director, or SAP Programme Director. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance and financial process transformation. Strong understanding of finance functions, reporting structures and compliance in complex, multinational environments. Executive presence with the ability to influence at CFO and C-suite level. A collaborative, forward-looking leader with a passion for finance innovation and operational excellence.
