TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit for a temporary Business Support Manager Grade VII in Meath.

Location: Navan
Contract: Temporary 6 months initially
Full time: 35 hours per week
Salary: €32.86 - €42.72 per hour, depending on previous verified public sector experience

- Proven experience managing administrative, financial, and support functions within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong ability to liaise effectively between senior management, internal departments, and external partners.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, staff management, and performance development.
- Experience overseeing financial processes, contracts, service level agreements, and compliance with governance and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of estates, capital projects, procurement, and ICT coordination.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of health, safety, and quality standards including HIQA and relevant legislation.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Ability to work independently, drive change initiatives, and support strategic objectives at local and national levels.

Requirements

- A minimum of three years’ management experience, including responsibility for staff supervision, budgets, and general administration.
- Proven administrative capacity to effectively discharge the functions of the role.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car, as the position involves travel across the service area.
- Public sector experience at management level is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT systems for reporting and data management.
