Talent Development Partner - UKIMEA/EUR (Talent Partnering & Development)

The Opportunity
As we move to this new operating model, we are establishing a new Community of Expertise, bringing together talent management and leadership learning expertise. This team operates within a matrix organisation spanning five regions, our global functions, and over 30 countries to deliver integrated talent and learning initiatives that empower and inspire our members.
The Talent Partner reports to the Global Director of Talent and is an integral part of the Talent and Learning (CoE). The primary focus of this role is to provide high-quality professional expertise and work closely with People Partners to embed an integrated approach for talent management within the region(s) that builds leadership capability.
This role is highly collaborative, partnering with Regional People Directors, People Partners, and other People team COEs to influence and implement the talent plan and oversee annual talent processes within the region(s) including talent review, succession planning, promotions and director transitions.
You will:
1. Use talent data and insights to develop regional talent plans that align with both global and regional priorities, including key milestones and deliverables.
2. Partnering with the People Partners, ensure the quality and consistency in the application the annual talent processes in line with the annual cadence, including timelines and key milestones.
3. Work with the Region People Director and People Partners to identify credible regional succession plans for key leadership roles, identifying strengths, risks, and opportunities to enhance and diversify the leadership pipeline.
4. Taking a holistic approach to managing key termed appointments within the region(s) ensuring succession is in place and senior transitions are managed according to the Leadership Transitions Framework.
5. Influence the design of talent management tools, methodologies, and cadence, prioritising user experience and local contexts and cultures.
6. Drive and coach stakeholders on diversity, equity, and inclusion within talent management practices, engaging EDI colleagues as appropriate.

1. Have extensive exposure within HR, Talent Management, People partnering, organizational development or related
2. Hold strong past performance of driving collaboration to achieve objectives with influencing and embedding change in an organization and in teams
3. Are able to manage conflicting priorities while balancing immediate needs with longer-term business goals using your strong and clear communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
4. Can research, prepare, and present board papers, data-directed reports, business cases, and proposals, presenting information to support decision-making through effective data scrutiny, presentation, and storytelling.
5. Are Self -motivated with positive energy, a growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
