Fully office based
Liaising with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all client requirements are met.
Creating and managing jobs within the in-house system, progressing them through to completion.
Allocating tasks to engineers and subcontractors effectively.
Updating job information in real time on the in-house system.
Monitoring ongoing works to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating closely with the Contract Management Team and escalating any urgent issues as required.
The Person
Fluent in English and legally permitted to work in Ireland.
Minimum of one year's experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good technical aptitude with solid IT proficiency.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
A technical background in facilities management, trades, mechanical, or electrical fields is advantageous but not essential.
