As an Implementation Manager - Innovation Economy - Associate within IE (Innovation Economy) EMEA Implementations Team, you will be at the forefront of client-facing projects that drive the future of banking. This dynamic position is integral to spearheading implementation projects for both Corporate and Fintech clients, placing you at the heart of one of the fastest-growing sectors in Onboarding. Job responsibilities Implement global Cash Management solutions, of varying size and complexity, primarily in the EMEA region Project manage multiple deals /projects concurrently by being the central point to both internal and external customers Partner closely with Sales, Product, Client Service, Operations and other internal partners to ensure a successful project delivery and client experience Develop and manage project plans incorporating the methodology of the team. Provide guidance to the client with respect to the tasks and their responsibilities within the plan. Attend and host regular client meetings/calls to review the project against the plan and agreed timelines. Work with internal and external parties to deliver the solution within committed time frames. Provide accurate and timely implementation status updates, escalating issues that impact the client experience or put the target date at risk.
