Overview Smarttech247 is a fast-growing cybersecurity company delivering enterprise-grade Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services to organisations globally. We’re hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our campaigns, scale content output and support lead generation across inbound and outbound marketing.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone with excellent English communication skills, strong writing ability and the confidence to take ownership of key marketing activities. You’ll work closely with a collaborative marketing team to deliver content that drives real business impact.
We strongly prefer candidates with previous experience in cybersecurity or B2B technology marketing who can quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into engaging, accurate content.
Details Location: Hybrid – Cork preferred (3 days/week in-office), remote across Ireland (weekly/monthly in-office dependent on location), remote Bucharest

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll deliver high-quality campaigns and content that build awareness, engagement and leads. Core responsibilities include:
Email marketing: own the weekly newsletter and nurture workflows, ensuring all communications are clear, accurate and on-brand.
Social media: plan, write, and schedule LinkedIn content; manage the monthly social calendar; and support growth across key channels.
Content creation: write and repurpose high-value assets such as guides, white papers, case studies and reports.
HubSpot campaign execution: build landing pages, workflows and outbound email campaigns.
Webinar marketing: manage setup, promotion, and coordination of webinars and online events.
Analytics and reporting: use GA4 and HubSpot to track and report campaign performance.
Partner marketing: support co-branded and joint campaigns with technology and channel partners.
Creative contribution: assist with layout, visuals and design concepts for digital assets.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales and partner teams, as well as external freelancers and agencies. The role requires independence, attention to detail and the ability to manage a large volume of content efficiently.

Must-Have Skills and Experience 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
Strong experience with HubSpot (emails, workflows, landing pages, segmentation, automation).
Confident using Google Analytics 4 and UTM tracking.
Proven ability to manage and deliver a high volume of content efficiently.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Previous experience in cybersecurity or B2B tech is strongly preferred.
Bonus Points For Creative or design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
HubSpot, GA4, or Google Ads certifications.
Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or partner marketing teams.
Video content planning or scripting experience.
