Digital Marketing: Manage and enhance the hotels online presence through SEO, social media, and digital advertising campaigns. Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content that highlights the hotels unique offerings and local attractions. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and event organizers to expand network and reach. Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and maintain high service standards. Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. Leadership experience with a collaborative approach to team management.
