Mechanical Supervisor HVAC / Plumbing Dublin €65,000 €75,000 Mechanical | HVAC | Site Supervision | Plumbing A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations on a long-term commercial project in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone with a qualified plumbing background who has progressed into supervisory/site lead roles across mechanical and HVAC projects. The Role: Supervise mechanical installation on-site, ensuring work is completed to high standards and in line with programme deadlines. Manage sub-contractors and in-house trades, ensuring H&S and quality compliance. Read and interpret mechanical drawings and coordinate with the design/project teams. Organise tools, materials, and manpower requirements daily. Report progress, issues, and updates to project management. Ensure all plumbing, ducting, and HVAC installations are completed as per spec. Candidate Profile: Fully qualified plumber or mechanical tradesperson. 35+ years in a supervisory or foreman role within mechanical/HVAC installations. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site resources. Strong understanding of building services systems and standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and relevant certs required.
