About the role
A Day in the life of a Commercial Food Lead is dynamic. Reporting to the Commercial Food Manager, you will collaborate with branded partners on new menu launches, analyse sales data to spot emerging trends, and resolve supply‑chain challenges. You will balance strategic planning with hands‑on problem solving, working closely with Food Operations, suppliers, and third‑party delivery partners. Flexibility, agility, and adaptability are key to thriving in this fast‑paced environment.

Technical Know‑How
Category Management & 3PD Tools – demonstrate retail category management principles and familiarity with third‑party delivery platforms.
Data Tools – highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; ideally experienced with Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
Forecasting & Budgeting – manage cost of goods, prepare accurate forecasts, and contribute to budget planning.
