Overview We are expanding and looking for a Sales & Marketing Growth Executive to join our team. This is an opportunity to contribute at the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology, supporting our mission to redefine performance analysis in asset management.
We are a high-tech Investment Decision Intelligence platform that helps fund managers and allocators unlock performance by analyzing decision quality and investment skill and revealing the drivers of true investment edge.
What You’ll Do Strengthen our commercial operations by ensuring smooth processes and clear reporting in HubSpot.
Transform our thought-leadership into impactful campaigns, a strong LinkedIn presence, and high-quality client materials .
Research and prepare strategic briefs to support engagement with prospective clients and partners.
Help Skillmetrics connect with senior decision-makers in asset management through tailored approaches.
Lead initial conversations with interested prospects, ensuring a professional and informed first experience.
Contribute to the preparation of proposals and pilots , turning opportunities into lasting partnerships.
What We’re Looking For 3–6 years’ experience in B2B high-tech / SaaS sales operations, marketing, or account management.
Strong HubSpot CRM user (automation, sequences, reporting).
Excellent communicator with polished written and spoken English.
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and building early relationships.
Proactive, adaptable, highly organized and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Bonus: experience in financial services, asset management, or enterprise SaaS.
