This Sales Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, confident, adaptable team worker to join our Dublin team.
Sirus is an Irish-based HVAC, BMS, and building energy efficiency solutions and service provider. We have been providing service to the HVAC, Electrical, and Controls industry for over 30 years. Each one of our distributed team of over 120 staff contributes to delivering and maintaining compliant, comfortable workspaces and energy-efficient buildings in partnership with our customers, other service providers, and suppliers. The successful candidate for this role will join our team on the south side of Dublin. The role is to efficiently help the Business Development Manager in everyday tasks such as processing orders, answering customers’ questions and providing after-sales support. They will deal with administration and paperwork relating to sales and customers.
Duties & Responsibilities Maintenance Contract Renewals: Track renewal dates and send reminders.
Prepare and send renewal documents to clients.

Creating Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Collaborate with sales to draft SLAs.
Ensure all terms are clearly outlined and reviewed before sending.

Surveys: Develop customer satisfaction surveys.
Schedule and send surveys at key points, such as halfway through contracts (rather than the last 6 weeks).
Compile and analyse survey results for reporting.

Product Quotes: Gather the necessary information to create product quotes.
Ensure quotes are accurate and align with pricing structures.

Salesforce Data Entry: Maintain and update client and lead information in Salesforce.
Input data for sales activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Estimating Tenders: Assist in collecting information for tender submissions.
Help format and finalise tender documents for submission.

Requirements 1-2 years experience in a Sales Administrator role.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in contracts and data entry.
Communication Skills: Effectively liaising with clients and the sales team.
Proficiency in Salesforce: Familiarity with data entry and management in the platform.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret survey results and provide insights.
Business/sales qualification is desirable.
Good IT skills – Microsoft Office.
Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills.
The ability to work on your own initiative.
Training & Personal Growth Company Sponsorship of relevant training (All business/company relevant courses in a related discipline are encouraged).
Reports To Business Development Manager.
Remuneration & Conditions Salary will be dependent on experience.
Permanent full-time role.
