What you will do We have a vacancy for a Sales Admin/Estimator based in our offices in Dublin (DO8) . In this role you will support the wider Irish Sales team (from end-to-end) reviewing paperwork to attending post-tender meetings. Blending your administration or sales experience help optimise the sales process as well as collect data for the team to measure their successes.
Liaising with internal departments and using tender document to – validate cost, review agreements and assist in the preparation of accurate estimates for entire company portfolio.
Assisting the team in bid preparation including compiling support documentation and other technical submissions.
Deliver commercial bids, proposals and quotations – while tracking and managing our submission deadlines.
Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager .
Your Profile What we are looking for
Any previous experience in an Administration and/or Sales – along with excellent organisation and communication skills.
Using your self-motivated nature to offer a proactive support of the wider sales team.
Intermediate use of the Microsoft Suite (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
Any understanding of Technical Engineering or Pre-Sales processes (including – Cost Estimations/Quotations) would be desirable.
