Our client, a market leader in the supply, installation, and service of high-quality architectural and construction solutions, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Salesperson to join their Dublin-based team.They specialise in a comprehensive product portfolio including: Door Hardware, Steel Doors, Timber Doors, Glazed Screens, Specialist Fire-Resistant Glazing, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls, Fire Door Inspections, Access Control systems, and more.About the Role:This is a key position within the internal sales team, supporting business growth and project success. You will be responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries, supporting the scheduling department, and helping to promote our client’s full ° solutions to architects, specifiers, and contractors across a variety of sectors.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sales and margin targets as agreed with your managerSupport the scheduling team by creating and updating ironmongery schedules and specifications using the internal ° sales systemLeverage existing industry contacts to develop new business within the high-end residential housing sectorFollow up professionally on estimated projects and maximise quote-to-order conversionActively promote the client’s ° offering to architects, specifiers, and main contractorsWork collaboratively with colleagues across other business units (FPD, A&A, Service) to uncover and maximise opportunitiesIdentify and build relationships with new customers — particularly among contractors not yet trading with the companyIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven experience in internal sales, ideally within construction, ironmongery, or a related industryAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including architects, contractors, and specifiersExperience with estimating, scheduling, or specification writing is a strong advantageComfortable using CRM and sales toolsSelf-motivated with strong follow-up and negotiation skillsCollaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teamsWhy Apply?Join a recognised market leader in architectural solutionsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentivesFriendly and professional team environmentClear career development and progression opportunitiesInterested?
