Internal Sales Rep Sales & Account Management Sales - Other Dublin Permanent / Full Time 4/11/ Dublin salary 40K to 45K Knowledge of piping, heating or building services required Internal Sales Representative – Dublin We’re looking for someone with proven sales experience, ideally within the pipeline, heating, or building services industry. You’ll be motivated, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The Role As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. Your ability to provide exceptional service will encourage repeat business and help expand our customer base. Working in a busy, fast-paced office environment, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and suppliers to deliver excellent results. Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and build lasting relationships through exceptional service. Handle incoming sales inquiries and orders via phone and email. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base. Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries. Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in an internal sales or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of pipeline or heating solutions (advantageous). Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a busy sales environment. A qualification in Business, Sales, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
