Title:Senior Corporate Communications Manager Location:Dublin 12 / Hybrid Were looking for a talented and commercially mindedSenior Corporate Communications Managerto take the lead on both internal and external communications across multiple markets. This is a key role in a growing multinational organisation, giving you the opportunity to shape messaging, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a real impact on the business. What Youll Do: Lead and deliver communications strategies that reflect business priorities, brand values, and ESG initiatives. Be the go-to person for media relations, preparing spokespeople for interviews, and managing press enquiries across multiple markets. Create engaging content, including press releases, statements, speeches, and other communications materials. Work closely with marketing, digital teams, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Support internal communications, helping employees across different regions stay informed, engaged, and aligned. Advise senior leaders and department heads on messaging, campaigns, and communications best practice. Help build scalable processes, reporting, and measurement frameworks to understand and improve communications impact. What Were Looking For: 7/8+ years experience in corporate or group communications, ideally in a multinational environment. A strong commercial focus, able to link communications to business objectives and outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Experience managing internal communications platforms and tracking performance through analytics. Confident managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects under pressure. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or other commercially driven sectors is a plus. Calm under pressure, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
